You have been a believer for a long time, now. A Spiritual Director (SD) offers spiritual direction. He/she will be present with the Directee (D) on his/her spiritual journey for a period of time. SD will listen to the D, point towards God and encourage him/her to pray. SD will join the D and co-listen to God. Spiritual Direction does not involve counselling. Any counselling issue should be addressed separately.
